The TOBA Sports Day was held at Waterford on Sunday 23 July

"I'll make this as short and painless as I can. You leaving students will become members of the Old Boys Association and I cannot urge you strongly enough, do not let this opportunity go to waste. I know of people who would give just about anything to be part of a similar organisation, let alone to have had the opportunity to attend a school like Trinity such as you have had. So whatever you think of the school and your classmates, for whatever reason, do not burn any bridges behind you and get involved in the activities of the association, at any level because it is your association, run by the Old Boys and largely for the Old Boys. To use a well worn though slightly patronising phrase, you only get out what you put in".
