2018 Sportsmen’s Lunch

UntitledThe 2018 Sportsmen’s Lunch didn’t disappoint! The big man himself, Merv Hughes was in great form and MC Mark Readings (’87) was outstanding as always.
Merv was piped in to the room by former student, James Loughnan (’15). TOBA President, Peter Torre (’89) lead the toast to absent Friends and applauded leaving Headmaster, Ivan Banks for his outstanding 12 year contribution to TC. Attendees ranged from the Class of ’49 to the Class of ’16, with the Class of 1987 being the strongest year group represented on the day.
All funds raised at this event go towards TOBA bursaries. These bursaries provide an opportunity for boys to attend TC who, due to financial constraints, would not otherwise be able to enjoy a TC education.
